1. Definitions: “Personal data”,

(a) when you submit an application form or registration form, or other forms relating to any of our products and services;
(b) when you enter into any agreement or provide other documentation or information in respect of your interactions with us, or when you use our services;
(c) when you use our electronic services, or interact with us via any of our websites or use services on any of our websites;
(d) when you request that we contact you or request that you be included in an email or other mailing list;
(e) when you submit your Personal Data to us for any other reason.

Generally, The Transmutation Principle collects, uses and discloses your Personal Data for the following purposes:
(a) If you are an existing or prospective participant (including an invited speaker or lecturer) of our courses, events and programmes:
(i) assessing and processing any applications or requests made by you for any events and programmes offered by us
(ii) Providing customer service and support, including feedback and responses
(iii) Taking photograph(s) and/or video(s) of you for generating publicity materials for our events and programmes;
(iv) Business data provided by registrants or participants of our programmes and events
Additionally, where you have provided your consent to The Transmutation Principle separately, The Transmutation Principle may collect, use and disclose your Personal Data for the purpose of providing marketing services, products and benefits to you including but not limited to special events and promotions from The Transmutation Principle.
This includes our newsletter, keeping you informed about future events, relevant industry insights, product updates, and promotional offers. We may also use your email for re-marketing purposes, delivering targeted advertisements and content related to our offerings and events that we believe may be of interest to you.
4. Disclosure of Personal Data
The Transmutation Principle will take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised disclosure. Subject to the provisions of any applicable law, your Personal Data may be disclosed by The Transmutation Principle to our partners or collaborators in our courses, events and programmes.

The Transmutation Principle will take reasonable efforts to protect Personal Data in our possession or our control by making reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. However, we cannot completely guarantee the security of any Personal Data we may have collected from or about you, or that for example no harmful code will enter our websites and emails (for example viruses, bugs, trojan horses, spyware or adware). You should be aware of the risks associated with using websites.
In the future, The Transmutation Principle will collect personal information apart from email addresses.
6. Contacting Us – Feedback, Withdrawal of Consent, Access and Correction of your Personal Data
You have the right to unsubscribe from our newsletter and opt-out of re-marketing communications at any time by sending an email to madeline@thetransmutationprinciple with the email subject title “unsubscribe” for your email address to be removed from future event marketing notifications or re-marketing content.
