  • Module 1: Climate Impacts on Business

    • Introduction to climate change impact on business and overview of how to future proof business.

    • Introduction to the state of climate change.

    • How climate change affects businesses and vice versa.

    • Identifying risks and opportunities for businesses.

  • Module 2: Taking Stock of Business

    • Take stock of your business's existing approach and operational context

    • Identify existing approach including where sustainability sits within business: business model, strategy, governance

    • Identify dependencies and impacts

    • Identify sustainability-related risks, opportunities and impacts

  • Module 3: Conducting a Materiality Assessment

    • Conduct a materiality assessment to reveal material topics to prioritise for action

    • Applicability of materiality assessments to businesses with different contexts incorporating scenario analysis

    • Step-by-step process of conducting materiality assessment incorporating sustainability-related risks and opportunities

  • Module 4: Refining Strategy to Address Material Topics

    • Develop or refine strategy to address material topics

    • Identify end-states, metrics and targets for material topics

    • Develop short-to-long-term strategy to incorporate and address material topics holistically

  • Module 5: Operationalising Strategy

    • Operationalise strategy to address material topics, monitor and review progress

    • Develop roadmap of projects in line with strategy

    • Performance monitoring, review, tracking progress against metrics & targets

    • Making periodic assessment of organisation an iterative process
