Sustainability Road-mapping

About

The Sustainability Roadmapping workshop is a hands-on, design-thinking experience tailored to your organization's unique position.

This program is designed to help you identify, plan, and prioritise short, medium, and long-term sustainability goals.

We work with you to create a clear and actionable roadmap that aligns with your business objectives and prepares you for a sustainable future.

This workshop is designed to be intra-company and is suitable to workshop presentations and discussions between senior leadership, sustainability teams and strategic decision makers. We also welcome cross-functional and cross-country teams.

Methodology

This is a highly interactive workshop guided by design thinking principles. We collaborate with your team to:

  • Assess your current state: Identify where your organisation is on its sustainability journey.

  • Define clear goals: Work together to establish short, medium, and long-term objectives. We will guide your organisation to align with the most relevant international and global standards, if not already incorporated. Such as: Science Based Targets initiative, Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)

  • Identify key stakeholders: Determine who needs to be involved to achieve these goals and close any gaps.

  • Create an implementation plan: Develop a strategic, prioritised plan for putting your sustainability roadmap into action.

Effectiveness

This workshop provides a practical, step-by-step framework for turning sustainability aspirations into tangible outcomes.

By the end of the session, your team will have a clear, customized roadmap, complete with stakeholder identification and a prioritised implementation plan.

This structured approach ensures that your sustainability efforts are strategic, collaborative, and positioned for successful execution.

Key Concepts
