• Gap analysis: Analysis of current approach to areas with relevance to sustainability (including business model, governance areas, sustainability approach and initiatives) to identify sustainability-related risks and opportunities for consideration

• External analysis: Benchmarking of industry strategy and initiatives in relation to Staple, ESG frameworks, regulatory compliance areas for 2025-2030

• Carbon accounting and decarbonisation plan: Scopes 1 - 3 emissions and decarbonisation roadmap 

• Customised sustainability framework and strategy: Giving effect to gap and external analysis, identify customised sustainability approach and strategy

  Take stock of the current sustainability status, get started on information gathering on sustainability dimensions of the company (carbon accounting, sustainability approach), identify gap and opportunity areas and resultant recommendations for client to prioritise for action (sustainability approach, roadmap of projects to manage risks and tap opportunities) from gap analysis and external analysis, execute carbon accounting and decarbonisation plan.
