Gap analysis: Analysis of current approach to areas with relevance to sustainability (including business model, governance areas, sustainability approach and initiatives) to identify sustainability-related risks and opportunities for consideration
External analysis: Benchmarking of industry strategy and initiatives in relation to Staple, ESG frameworks, regulatory compliance areas for 2025-2030
Carbon accounting and decarbonisation plan: Scopes 1 - 3 emissions and decarbonisation roadmap
Customised sustainability framework and strategy: Giving effect to gap and external analysis, identify customised sustainability approach and strategy
