External analysis: Benchmarking ESG strategy and initiatives of competitors and identifying best practices, regulation/compliance review for 2025-2030, scan of external operating context for opportunities and threats
Materiality assessment: Customised materiality assessment process with bespoke methodology, giving rise to list of material topics suitable for ESG reporting, communication and for the development of sustainability approach
Customised sustainability approach: Customised sustainability approach giving effect to results from gap analysis, external analysis, materiality assessment
Carbon accounting and decarbonisation plan: In-depth carbon accounting for Scopes 1 - 3 and decarbonisation plan for mid term
